Murwillumbah CBD: Creating a more vibrant and active CBD for everyone |
Business Murwillumbah is developing a plan to improve the Murwillumbah CBD with public space improvements, activities and events. Known as the Community Improvement District Pilot Program, this project is funded by the NSW Government and supported by Tweed Shire Council.
We are engaging with local residents and businesses to make the Murwillumbah CBD a more active and vibrant place – both day and night. Continual improvements and providing a range of activities and events is important for strengthening our community’s connection and local economy.
Our focus for this project is Murwillumbah Street (Main Street), Proudfoots Lane and Wollumbin Street, along with other connecting places.
